This is a brand new parody song from Cat Stevens about his being put on the "no fly" list 5 years ago. He's backed by Dolly Parton and Paul McCartney.

Ok... Ricardo, what the hell does it all mean, what... is it deep or something? K... I'm developing an ever lower appreciation for "spiritual" folks and such, and all the sun that falls in Dubai. ><Tomasina Chicawolverina!

I dunno...but it's a pretty cute song. He's just having fun with being denied entry into the US under Bush, but Obama lets him in now.

I liked Cat Stevens, back in the day... but after seeing some programs on him and listening very carefully to what he said about Islam and why he became a Muslim, it reminds me of all the faked up conversion stories from all sort of famous rich people and they're all lies for the most part to cover the fact that really they don't have a clue as to why. He's no different, and although he's not terrorist, he's just as much committed and as a virulent doner of Islam as Bin Laden, and with the same goal at the end of his hidden/not-so-hidden religious agenda. But the I figure much of the symbolism in the video is can be seen as two parts. One is a snarky political satire about the Bush administration and its policies etc. And the other is more of a classic and universal profound and ecumenically, universal message about the human condition etc. * Boots in the sand is a image and it's a metaphor for death and loss, and on top of that the metaphor of the desert as a minor note, and immigration issues and the loss of solders in the Mideast etc. * They are a diverse assortment travailing together on the same buss, as we are also all bozo's on the bus too. Where is our civilizations headed and on what road, in a desert etc. Impact. I forgot what else... K... ><Tomasina Chicawolverina!
