So Rico, did you go and see it yet, how was the ride? www.indianajones.com/site/index.htmlThe music seems really nice in this movie, and that Jones signature whip-crack sound excites me so! >< Tomasina ChicaWolverina!~

Yeah, I saw it and loved it. It's a real roller-coaster ride. I don't see much opening for a sequel as Robert said there'd be, other than Indy's son may take over in the future.
Also, I stayed for the credits, and his name appears nowhere.

Isn't that actor that play the kid of Indy the same guy that plays the "kid" in I ROBOT too? I really can't see him carrying anything further than that, I just wouldn't want to see him. What again was the RAMS connection in this? Did you know that Pierre was in White Countess, I have the DVD? >< Tomasina ChicaWolverina!

His name is Shia La Beouf. He wasn't in "I, Robot," but he was in another robot movie, "Transformers." I guess there's a sequal to that in production that he's also in. He was also pretty good in "Disturbia." RAMS was on the set of IJ-4, and there's a picture or two of him with Shia. He wasn't specific, but he did say he did some work, probably with the art and/or CGI. Now, when they showed all the artists, it was scrolling fast, and there were 4 columns. I didn't see Robert's name, but I could easily have missed it.
Shia was pretty good as Indy's son & sidekick, but I just don't see him on his own carrying on with the legend.

I saw it and enjoyed it as well with the exception of the suspension of belief in some of the segments. Like the waterfall scene...I'll leave it at that.
The reality of the matter is not whether the kid can pull off any more sequels but whether or not Spielberg and Lucas will collaborate on any more movies. Without them Indy becomes nothing more than a TV mini-series such as the one that just aired on the remake of "Andromeda Strain".
I'll go see it again.....even buy the DVD to complete the set...
